The WSF plans to commence with the renovation and development of the two properties located in Roanoke, Virginia. It is anticipated that this property at completion will be used to house four (4) of our nations homeless veterans and their families. Phase 1 will be the restoration of the existing structure. This will house two (2) of our nations homeless veterans and their families. At Phase 2 of this project, a second structure will be built adjacent to Phase 1 which will also house two (2) of our nations homeless veterans and their families

Option to purchase Double Tollgate, Virginia Property:

The WSF has an option to purchase 11.92 acres in Double Tollgate, Virginia for the purchase price of $2,199,000. The plan is to use the property to construct a veterans’ clinic and other necessary Supportive Services programs.

This property under a teaming arrangement, will be developed in conjunction with the long-term case management and standard of care practices established for vendors participating in the Housing and Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) or Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) programs.
