Department of Veteran Affairs

The WSF has been approved by the Department of Veteran Affairs (“VA”) to participate in its VA foreclosed home sales program, which program that sells VA-foreclosed properties to homeless provider organizations at a discount for use as transitional housing for homeless veterans.

  Wells Fargo

In connection with WSF’s efforts to address the veteran homeless crisis, the foundation has been approved to participate in the Wells Fargo Community & Urban Stabilization Program (CUSP). Through CUSP, nonprofit organizations and government entities may receive REO donation properties to be used to further their missions

Private Property Donation

The desire to promote the welfare of others, expressed especially by the generous donation of real property to our cause will continue to play a defining role in our agenda to provide our homeless veterans with safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities.
